The Farmhouse has level car parking finished in decorative stone, with plenty of parking.
The main entrance to the hall has a door 179cm high x 901cm wide.
The floor has a flagstone finish. The sitting room has a carpet to the floor, the breakfast room has an oak finish floor, and there are no steps to the ground floor. There are weather strips to the front and back doorway floor.
All bedrooms are on the 1st floor accessed by a staircase, the treads are 200cm high and have 11 steps and is carpeted there is a handrail to the right hand side.
The landing has no steps but has an uneven surface with a carpet finish.
All bedrooms are carpeted with a stone finish to en-suites.
There is a small step 60cm to the Quantock bedroom from the landing.
The front garden has a level patio and lawn.
The hot tub area is accessed by 1 step down of 106cm and 2 steps to access the hot tub of 107cm.
Although there are few steps to negotiate on the premises, due to the age of the property floors are uneven and there are some low beams.
